English Translation Exercise – 22

Translate the following question sentences given in Odia and Hindi (same sentences in two different languages) to English language. At the end of the question sentences, we have posted our model English translation answers. Do also check the select vocabulary used in our model answers and listed at the bottom of this post.

ଓଡ଼ିଆ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ବାକ୍ୟ

୧. ଶରୀରର ଅଭ୍ୟନ୍ତରରେ ଯେଉଁ ଆତ୍ମା ବିଦ୍ୟମାନ, ତାହା ଈଶ୍ଵରଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିବ।
୨. ତେବେ ପାର୍ଥିବ ଜୀବନର ଆକର୍ଷଣୀୟ ଶକ୍ତି, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ମୋର ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ, ମୋ ଅପତ୍ୟ, ମୋର ସମ୍ପର୍କ ଏବଂ ଭୂତ ପାର୍ଥିବ ଭାବଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମୋତେ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ଷଣ ତଳକୁ ଓଟାରୁ ଅଛି।
୩. ଉପରେ ସ୍ଵର୍ଗୀୟ ଜୀବନର ଆକର୍ଷଣ ଶକ୍ତି, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ମୋର ପ୍ରାଣ-ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ମୋର ଅନନ୍ତ ବିଶ୍ରାମ ସ୍ଥାନ ମୋତେ ସର୍ବଦା ଉପରକୁ ଟାଣୁଛି।
୪. ଚତୁଃପାର୍ଶ୍ଵରେ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ଜାତି ଓ ସମାଜ ବିଦ୍ୟମାନ।
୫. ସେହି ଜାତି ଓ ସମାଜମାନଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗେ ଜୀବନ ମିଳାଇ ଆଳାପ କରିବା ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଗୋଟିଏ ପ୍ରଧାନ କର୍ମ।
୬. ପିଲା ଟି ଧଳା କାଗଜ ଉପରେ କ’ଣ ଏଣୁ ତେଣୁ ଗାରେଇଲା।
୭. ରଙ୍ଗ ପେନ୍ ସିଲ୍ ପ୍ୟାକେଟ୍ ଟିଏ କିଣି ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ସିଏ ତା’ର ମା କୁ ଅଳି କଲା।
୮. ଏ କଥା ଶୁଣି ମା ମନେ ମନେ ଭାରି ଖୁସି ହେଲେ କିନ୍ତୁ ଉପରେ ଉପରେ ସିଏ ଟିକିଏ ନକଲି ରାଗ ଦେଖାଇଲେ।
୯. ହରିଣଟି ସହଜରେ ବାଘ ଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ ଜୋର୍ ରେ ଦୌଡ଼ି ପାରିଲା।
୧୦. ଅତ୍ୟଧିକ ବୃଷ୍ଟିପାତ ଯୋଗୁଁ ନଈବଢ଼ି ଆସିଲା।

୧୨. ଘଡଘଡି ଶୁଣି ପିଲାଟି ଡରି ତା’ର ମା’ କୁ କୁଣ୍ଢେଇ ପକାଇଲା।
୧୩. ଆଜି ଯାହା ହେଇଯାଉ ପଛେ ମୁଁ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଫର୍ମ ଭରିବି ହିଁ ଭରିବି।
୧୪. ରାସ୍ତାରେ ଯାଉଥିବା ଏକ ଛେଳିକୁ ଗୋଟେ ବୁଲା କୁକୁର ମାଡ଼ି ବସିଲା।
୧୫. ଗାନ୍ଧୀ ତାଙ୍କ ମୂଲ୍ୟବୋଧ ରୁ କେବେ ବି ପଥଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇ ନଥିଲେ।

१. शरीर के अंदर जो आत्मा है, वह भगवान के करीब पहुँच जाएगी।

११. मैंने बस स्टैंड पर ३ घंटे तक बस का इंतज़ार किया लेकिन बस नहीं आई।
१२. आँधी-तूफ़ान सुनकर बच्चा डर गया और अपनी माँ से लिपट गया।
१३. आज चाहे कुछ भी हो जाए, मैं एग्जाम फॉर्म भर दूँगा।

English Translation Answer

1. The soul that resides inside our body will reach the God!

2. The attractions of the mundane life such as ‘my wife’, ‘my offsprings’, ‘my relations’ and the earthly emotions drag us down relentlessly.
